Skills
Gender Preference : Female only
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is standard, Education or a related field.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages
Experience:
Typically requires 0-2 years of experience in counseling, telesales, or customer service, ideally within the training sectors.
Responsibilities
Enrolment & Lead Management:
Handling walk-in inquiries and telephonic leads; guiding prospects through the registration and admission process to meet budgeted enrollment targets.
Relationship Management:
Building rapport with students and parents to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and productive output throughout the training.
Industry Knowledge:
Staying updated on latest educational trends, certification programs, and shifting industry demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
