Position Overview

:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Senior Counselor (Sales)

to join our Raikot Branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the study-abroad industry. As a Senior Counselor, you will play a key role in driving business growth by converting student inquiries into enrollments, providing expert guidance on study abroad options, and assisting students throughout the entire process--ranging from program selection to visa filing.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales-Oriented Counseling

: Engage with prospective students and their families, providing comprehensive counselling on study abroad options, university selections, and program offerings with a strong focus on conversion.

Lead Conversion & Enrollment

: Actively follow up on leads, convert inquiries into successful enrollments, and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Building

: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions to generate repeat business and referrals.

Client Management

: Provide timely and clear communication to clients throughout the entire student journey, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly.

Marketing & Branding

: Participate in promotional events, seminars, and education fairs to enhance brand visibility, attract new students, and achieve enrollment goals.

Performance Tracking

: Regularly report on sales performance, conversion rates, and target achievement, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.

Mentoring

: Support and guide junior counselors, ensuring they adhere to best practices and meet performance standards.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive counseling, lead management, and successful enrollments.

Student Satisfaction

: Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and a smooth, efficient counseling process, leading to repeat business and positive referrals.

Lead Conversion

: Convert a high percentage of student inquiries into enrolled clients, using effective follow-ups and consultations.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer loyalty and engagement.

Event Participation

: Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and marketing events, driving student engagement and enrollment opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
