In this role, you will act as a guiding force for students, helping them navigate their educational journeys and make informed decisions about courses, career paths, and learning opportunities. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and learning needs.
• Provide personalized counseling to help students select the right courses, programs, and learning paths.
• Assist students in setting realistic academic goals and planning strategies for achieving them.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EdTech solutions, online learning platforms, and industry trends to offer relevant guidance.
• Support students in overcoming academic or personal challenges by providing mentorship and encouragement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment, onboarding, and support for students.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to help improve their learning experience.
• Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and one-on-one interactions to inform students about educational programs.
• Contribute to the development of counseling materials, FAQs, and student resources.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to provide insights into student needs and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in student counseling, educational guidance, or an EdTech environment.
• Strong understanding of academic pathways, course structures, and career options.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to empathize with students and provide guidance tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms, online learning tools, and digital education trends is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple students and tasks efficiently.
• Positive, patient, and approachable attitude towards students and team members.
• Comfort in conducting virtual counseling sessions, webinars, and presentations.
