Provide study information, admission requirements, and visa process.
Do a profile assessment of interested students and give course options by shortlisting Universities matching their profile.
Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship.
Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channels of communication.
Guide students through resolving queries on a quick and urgent basis.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the student database on a regular basis.
Candidates should be able to provide guidance to students and their parents about studying abroad.
The candidate should be able to handle walk-in cases efficiently.
The candidate should be a good team player with good knowledge of computers.
