We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Education Counselor

to join our academy. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents about our educational programs, counseling them based on their career aspirations, and converting inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on educational courses and programs offered by the academy. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion. Provide accurate information regarding course details, fees, eligibility, and career outcomes. Maintain a positive relationship with prospective students through regular follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets. Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up data in the CRM system. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to generate leads. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and career opportunities in education.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and goal-oriented with sales acumen. Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with students and parents. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or admissions (education industry preferred). Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
