Educational Counsellor

Experience Required:

1-2 years (Preferably in Training Institutes / Coaching Centers / Educational Consultancies)

Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about training programs, courses, and career paths. Handle student walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups. Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals. Support admission process, documentation, and enrollment. Maintain good relationships with students and ensure a positive experience. Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Education / Psychology background preferred). 1-2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor / Educational Counsellor in a

training center / coaching institute / EdTech / educational consultancy

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, CRM tools).
