Admission Counselors
who can help students take the right career decisions and drive our growth through impactful consultations and conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make regular calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns or referrals.
Understand students' educational/career background and goals to recommend the right course(s).
Maintain regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure lead nurturing and conversion.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admission targets.
Accurately log every interaction in the CRM system and update lead status.
Build trust with potential learners by offering honest guidance and course benefits.
Work closely with the marketing, support, and academic teams to align on student needs and feedback.
C
ollect student feedback and insights to help refine sales scripts and offerings.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).
Confidence in phone-based conversations and ability to pitch.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, counseling, or EdTech is a bonus.
