We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team in MANJERI. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills and be comfortable handling student inquiries over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide students about academic programs.
Explain course details, admission processes, and career opportunities.
Follow up with interested students and maintain accurate records.
Assist the admission team in achieving monthly targets.
Provide a positive counselling experience to students and parents.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and calling skills.
Strong convincing ability and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
