We are hiring an Education Counselor to guide students on course options, handle walk-ins and inquiry calls, and support the admission process. You will explain program details, conduct counseling sessions, follow up with leads, and drive monthly enrollments. Strong communication in Kannada and English is essential.

Responsibilities

Counsel students on courses and career options Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries Explain program structure, fees, and benefits Maintain follow-ups and convert leads to admissions Update CRM and maintain records Achieve monthly enrollment targets

Requirements

0-3 years of experience (freshers welcome)

Fluent in Kannada and English

Good communication and convincing skills Ability to handle student queries confidently Own laptop is mandatory

Salary

As per industry standards + incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
