Job Overview:

Insight International is looking for dynamic and result-driven

Education Counselors

to join our Pala branch. The role primarily involves

student counseling, sales, and business development

for study abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to students regarding

study abroad options

, including

universities, courses, and application processes

. Assist students with

course selection, admission procedures, visa applications, and documentation

. Achieve

sales targets

by converting inquiries into enrollments. Stay updated with

international education policies, scholarships, and visa regulations

. Conduct

seminars, webinars, and workshops

to promote study abroad opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with

students, parents, and international university representatives

. Maintain and update

student records, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth communication

.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in

study abroad counseling, student recruitment, or sales

.

Knowledge of Countries & Universities:

In-depth understanding of popular study destinations

Sales & Target-Oriented Approach:

Ability to meet and exceed

enrollment targets

.

Communication Skills:

Strong

spoken and written English & Malayalam

.

Preference:

FEMALE candidates preferred.
