Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals on certification and diploma programs
Understand candidate needs and recommend appropriate courses
Handle inbound and outbound calls (telecalling) to convert leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Provide information on course structure, duration, fees, and career benefits
Coordinate with the academic and admissions team
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective learners
Eligibility & Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, education counseling, or sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle students and working professionals professionally
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
Graduate or undergraduate (education background preferred, not mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in education, training institutes, or EdTech
Lead conversion and follow-up skills
Customer-focused and result-driven approach
