Career Counseling: - Administer career assessment tools and personality tests to help students identify potential career paths that align with their strengths and interests. - Stay updated on current job market trends and industry demands to provide relevant and up-to-date career advice. - Assist students in creating effective resumes, preparing for interviews, and developing essential job-seeking skills. 3.Application Assistance: - Guide students through the application process for universities, colleges, scholarships, and other educational opportunities. - Provide support in preparing application materials, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and academic transcripts. - Ensure that students meet application deadlines and adhere to the required documentation and submission procedures. 4. Information Dissemination: - Stay informed about the latest developments in the education sector, including changes in admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities. - Organize and conduct informational workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate students and parents about various academic and career-related topics. 5. Relationship Building: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, universities, and other stakeholders to gather accurate and relevant information for students\' benefit. - Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and career advisors to align educational counseling efforts with the overall school curriculum. 6. Record Keeping: - Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, student profiles, and progress to track each student\'s development and provide appropriate follow-up. 7. Ethical Guidelines: - Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information about students\' academic, personal, and career-related matters. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). - Proven experience as an Education Counselor, Career Advisor, or similar role. - Strong understanding of educational systems, admission processes, and career development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and educational institutions. - Proficiency in using career assessment tools, counseling techniques, and relevant software applications. - Knowledge of current trends in education, job markets, and industry demands. - Ability to empathize with students\' concerns and provide guidance that considers their individual needs. - Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple students and their respective counseling sessions.
