Key Responsibilities:

Meet with students (individually or in groups) to explore their interests, strengths and goals. Provide guidance on course selection, educational pathways, career options and admission requirements. Administer or refer for assessments (aptitude, interests, personality) to help clarify students' profiles. Indeed+1 Collaborate with parents, teachers and other stakeholders to support student progress and address any academic, behavioural or social issues. Uni Enrol+1 Maintain accurate, confidential records of counselling sessions, student plans and outcomes. Skills & Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, counselling or a related field is typically required. Careers360+1 Strong communication, empathy, active-listening and interpersonal skills. Indeed+1 Ability to organise, plan and keep track of multiple student cases and tasks. Indeed+1 Familiarity with academic systems, career paths, admission processes and sometimes sales/marketing (in recruitment-oriented roles). Saito University College
