Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients (healthcare institutions, training centers)
Assist with product demos and manage client follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Follow up with prospects through emails, calls, and in-person meetings to drive conversions
Track and analyze sales metrics to refine outreach and engagement strategies
Gather feedback from clients to improve products and user experience
Support onboarding and training sessions for new clients
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in EdTech, or B2C sales* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in MS Office.
Self-driven and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
