Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Telecalling

Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from inquiry databases, walk-ins, website leads, and referrals Attend inbound calls and provide accurate information about courses, batches, fees, and schedules Maintain call records, inquiry status, and follow-up details
2. Admission Counseling

Counsel students and parents about suitable courses based on academic background and career goals Explain StudyFlix's teaching methodology, features, and advantages clearly and confidently Address queries related to curriculum, faculty, exams, results, and learning outcomes
3. Conversion & Follow-up

Regular follow-ups with interested leads to convert inquiries into admissions Handle objections related to fees, timing, syllabus, and competition institutes Guide parents through the admission process and documentation
4. Walk-in & Parent Interaction

Attend walk-in inquiries at the center Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions with students and parents Build trust and long-term relationships with parents
5. Data Management & Reporting

Update CRM or inquiry registers daily Track lead status: new, follow-up, converted, or closed Submit daily/weekly admission and calling reports to the center head
6. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with academic staff regarding batch availability and student placement Support management in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and campaigns Assist in fee collection coordination and basic documentation
7. Professional Conduct

Maintain polite, empathetic, and professional communication at all times Follow institute policies, calling scripts, and admission guidelines Ensure confidentiality of student and parent data
Skills Required

Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati preferred) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email) Ability to handle pressure during admission seasons Student- and parent-friendly approach
