Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and guidance to students on academic programs, courses, universities, and career pathways.
Assist students in understanding admission processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to assess students' interests, strengths, and career goals.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends, courses, scholarships, and study options (domestic & international).
Guide students in preparing applications, SOPs, resumes, and interview preparation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and applications.
Achieve monthly/quarterly counseling and enrollment targets.
