Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career paths
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Explain course details, fees, curriculum, and placement support clearly
Convert inquiries into successful admissions
Maintain accurate student data in CRM/Excel
Follow up with prospective students regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Academic Counselor, or Sales Counselor
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Comfortable working with targets and incentives
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication
