Job Summary

The school is seeking a compassionate and experienced

Female School Counselor

to support students' academic, social, emotional, and personal development. The counselor will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership to promote student well-being within a multicultural international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, emotional, behavioral, and social issues Support students' personal development, mental health, and well-being Identify students at risk and develop intervention and support plans Collaborate with teachers and administrators to address student needs Conduct classroom guidance sessions, workshops, and awareness programs Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns Maintain accurate, confidential student records and counseling reports Support transition programs for new students and grade-level changes Refer students to external specialists when necessary Uphold school policies, child protection guidelines, and ethical counseling standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field Minimum

3 years of experience

as a school counselor (preferably in an international or multicultural school) Strong understanding of child and adolescent development Experience handling emotional, behavioral, and academic counseling cases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
