Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

EU Student Counsellor

to guide students aspiring to study in Europe. The role involves counselling, application management, and end-to-end support -- from shortlisting universities to coordinating visa processes.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on education opportunities across

European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, etc.)

Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and pathways Assist in preparing and reviewing university applications and documentation Guide students through admission, visa, and pre-departure processes Stay updated on European university admissions, visa norms, and scholarships Maintain student records and ensure timely communication and follow-ups Coordinate with university partners and internal placement teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in student counselling for EU / overseas education In-depth knowledge of European university systems and visa requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; knowledge of an EU language (like German or French) is a plus

Preferred

Prior experience with study abroad / placement companies Familiarity with CRM tools and application tracking systems

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
