Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and participants on suitable educational programs based on their goals and interests Guide individuals through the enrollment and on boarding process Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and follow-up to ensure high engagement and satisfaction Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and learner progress Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and program coordinators to align offerings with participant needs Gather feedback to improve curriculum and learner experience Represent the institution at events, webinars, and information sessions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Fashion, or a related field (Master's preferred) 2+ years of experience in academic counseling, training guidance, or career advisory roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of creative industries, fashion, or entrepreneurship is an added advantage Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, and social platforms
