Job Role: Education Counselor

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students on course offerings, career opportunities, and learning outcomes. Convert leads into enrollments through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Visit schools and colleges to generate partnerships and student admissions. Clearly explain course curriculum, fees, certifications, and career benefits. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments. Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets. Stay updated with digital marketing trends to guide students effectively.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance. Passion for education and career counseling.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/Education preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, sales, or the education industry. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
