Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, enquiries, and leads to counsel prospective students and parents

- Understand students' academic background, goals, budget, and preferences to recommend the most suitable course (SSC, Bank PO/Clerk, NDA, Foundation batches, etc.)

- Explain complete details: exam pattern, syllabus, batch timings, faculty, study material, success rate, past results, and fee structure

- Convert enquiries into admissions by building trust, handling objections, and closing the sale effectively

- Guide students on exam strategy, preparation roadmap, and why our institute is the best choice

- Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings to ensure timely enrolment

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets (high incentives based on performance)

- Update CRM/database with student details, lead status, and feedback

- Stay updated with latest exam notifications, syllabus changes, vacancies, and coaching trends for SSC, Bank & NDA

- Assist in organizing demo classes, seminars, and promotional activities

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years experience in admissions/counselling (preferred in coaching institutes for SSC, Banking, Defence/NDA, or similar competitive exams)

- Excellent Hindi + English communication (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus

- Strong convincing & interpersonal skills - ability to handle parents/students, objections, and build long-term relationships

- Basic knowledge of SSC CGL/CHSL, Bank PO/Clerk, NDA exams (pattern, eligibility, career scope) - training will be provided

- Target-oriented, energetic, and confident personality

- Good with MS Office, Google Suite, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM usage

- Positive attitude, patience, and genuine passion for helping students achieve government/defence jobs
