Role & responsibilities

:

Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about Courses, related to Graphic Designers,Web Designers, 2D/3D Animators etc. Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-salesteam. Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software. Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking Assistin developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and agents. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling ora related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software relationships.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
