Key Responsibilities

Student Guidance:

Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students to help them identify interests, strengths, and goals.

Academic Planning:

Advise students on course selection, academic pathways, and the development of individualized education plans.

Career Exploration:

Help students explore different career paths and connect their skills and interests with suitable professional opportunities.

Application Assistance:

Support students with the college admission process, including applications, essays, and finding scholarships and financial aid.

Personal Development:

Offer support and guidance on personal and social development to help students overcome challenges and succeed academically.

Collaboration:

Work closely with parents, faculty, teachers, and administrators to address student needs and develop supportive plans.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, session notes, and other relevant documentation.

Workshops and Resources:

Facilitate workshops and informational sessions on academic skills, career planning, and other relevant topics
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,335.27 - ₹37,242.53 per month
