- Bachelor's or Masters's degree preferred
- 0.3 to 1 year of relevant experience(Fresher with excellent writing and editing skills can be considered)
- Telecalling and regular following up with the students/parents.
- Ability to work under target & sales pressure
- The candidate should be able to work within a team.
- Reinvent ways of pitching to candidates and closing the sales on calls.
- Make them understand the need and purpose of Online Tuition Classes.
- Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data-driven and would require maintaining reports.
- Should be well-versed in English and Hindi.
- Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and selling skills are mandatory.
- Available to join immediately
