Responsibilities
Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
Counsel students about courses, career paths, and admissions
Follow up with leads and ensure conversions
Maintain student records and update CRM
Assist in admission-related events, open houses, and campus tours
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations
Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with students and parents
Good convincing and follow-up skills
Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
Experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service preferred
Good to Have
Experience in the education sector
Fluency in English & Hindi and Punjabi
Professional and student-friendly attitude
