About the Company

Talent Craft India is an online skill-building platform offering quality learning programs in Coding, Chess, Abacus, and Rubik's Cube for children aged 5-15 years. We are expanding our counselling and admissions team in Balaghat.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Education Counsellor who can communicate with parents, understand their child's learning needs, and guide them toward the right course. The role involves counselling over phone calls, maintaining lead records, and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

Call parents to explain available courses and learning benefits. Understand the child's interests and recommend suitable programs. Answer queries related to course curriculum, fees, and schedules. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools. Arrange demo classes and coordinate with the academic team. Follow up with interested parents through calls and WhatsApp. Support parents through the enrollment process. Achieve weekly and monthly counselling milestones.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills (Hindi required; Basic English preferred). Ability to listen, understand concerns, and provide clear guidance. Good interpersonal and counselling abilities. Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM). Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Education & Experience

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Experience in counselling, telecalling, or education sales is a bonus. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
