Key Responsibilities
Call
Meta leads
(Facebook & Instagram).
Counsel and guide students about: -
- CAT exam
- Course offerings, batches, and pricing
- Demo classes
Convert
warm and high-intent leads
into paid enrollments
Handle objections related to:
- Fees
- Time commitment
- Comparison with competitors
Maintain follow-ups via
calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
Achieve
daily call targets and monthly conversion targets
Update lead status and notes accurately in CRM
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for feedback on lead quality

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
