Job Title: Education Counsellor / Admission ExecutiveJob Summary

The Education Counsellor will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, counselling students and parents, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, databases, and online enquiries Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents Explain courses, admission process, eligibility, and fee structure Counsel students and parents to understand their academic needs Follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed admissions Maintain lead and call records in CRM or Excel Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets Coordinate with internal teams for admission processing
Skills Required

Strong communication and convincing skills Experience in cold calling and tele-counselling Ability to handle objections and close admissions Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
Qualification

Graduate in any discipline
Experience

1-3 years in lead generation, tele-calling, or education counselling

Salary:

Fixed salary as per experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
