Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, and career paths
Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries
Assist in student admissions and documentation
Follow up with prospective students
Maintain student records and enquiry data
Coordinate with academic and admin teams
Support marketing and promotional activities if required
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred)
Ability to counsel and guide students effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Freshers can apply; experience in education sector is an advantage
