Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding educational opportunities in India and abroad
Provide accurate information on universities, courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes
Convert student inquiries into successful enrolments
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings
Assist students with documentation, applications, and admission procedures
Coordinate with universities and internal teams
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Maintain CRM data and student records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in education counselling (Study Abroad / MBBS India / MBBS Abroad)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities
Student-centric and target-oriented mindset
Knowledge of international education systems and medical admissions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
