Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities abroad. Assess students' profiles and suggest suitable universities/countries based on eligibility, interest, and budget. Provide accurate and updated information about admission processes, documentation, visa requirements, and timelines. Handle student queries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and virtual sessions. Assist students in completing application forms, compiling documents, and meeting deadlines. Stay updated with current admission policies, university collaborations, and changing regulations in different countries. Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure conversion from enquiry to admission. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets as per company goal

Key Requirements:

Mandatory experience in MBBS Abroad student counselling (applications without relevant experience will not be considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi proficiency required; additional languages are a plus). Ability to handle student concerns with patience and provide transparent guidance. Knowledge of admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and visa filing for countries like Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.
