Job Title: Education Counsellor

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000/month

Telecaller Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain courses.

Handle inbound inquiries from social media, website, or walk-ins.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counselling team.

Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Provide information about course structure, duration, and fee details.

Counsellor Responsibilities:

Interact with walk-in and online leads, providing career guidance and course details.

Understand students' educational background and career goals to suggest suitable courses.

Maintain admission records and coordinate with faculty and placement teams.

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure admission closures.

Assist in organizing seminars, demo sessions, and counselling events.
