Role Overview:
We seek a highly motivated
Admission Counselor
with expertise in converting leads into successful admissions. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing them with detailed course information, and guiding them through the admissions process. Your primary goal will be to drive enrollment by effectively addressing student queries and showcasing the value of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Contact and follow up with prospective students who have shown interest in our courses. Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
Counseling:
Understand student needs and guide them in choosing the right course (Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Website Designing) based on their career aspirations.
Engagement:
Engage with students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide information about course offerings, curriculum, and career prospects.
Track and Report:
Maintain a database of leads, track communication, and report progress toward admission targets.
Information Sessions:
Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions, explaining course benefits, faculty expertise, and career opportunities in detail.
Follow-Up:
Regularly follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled, addressing concerns, and offering incentives where necessary.
Sales Skills:
Use effective sales strategies to close leads and achieve enrollment targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an
Admission Counselor
or in a similar role within an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students.
Strong expertise in
converting leads into enrollments
through effective persuasion and follow-up techniques.
Ability to explain course offerings clearly and confidently, with an understanding of
Graphic Design
,
Digital Marketing
, and
Website Designing
fields.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working towards admission targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads efficiently.
Prior experience in education sales or student counseling is highly preferred.
