Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on
MBBS abroad options
(Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.)
Provide accurate information on
eligibility, NEET requirements, fees, scholarships, and university selection
Handle
walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups
to ensure high conversion ratios
Assist students with
application processing, documentation, offer letters, and enrollment
Coordinate with
admissions, visa, and operations teams
for smooth student onboarding
Conduct
career guidance sessions, seminars, and education fairs
in Kota
Maintain and update student data in CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly
admission targets
Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance (if required)
Stay updated with changes in
MBBS abroad regulations and country-specific norms
