As a Counselor, you are responsible to connect with the prospective customers who are mostly working professionals and guide the interested ones with relevant information on offered products & services. If you are passionate about education sales we would be glad to hear from you. Aspirants having a minimum of 2 years' experience in Education sales, Insurance, Real estate with exposure to Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Counselling, Consulting Sales and willing to work in a Startup kind of environment would be preferred.

To source sales opportunities through outbound calls, and inbound follow-ups.
To do cold calling, generate leads by calling the prospective customer data.
Guide, counsel and provide information to professionals on products & services.
Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.
Assist professionals in selection of course, application and admission process.
Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective customers.
Strong inclination to work in Target driven sales environment Weekly & Monthly.
Desired Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English.
Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.
Knowledge on Cold calling, Prospecting, Lead generation & closures
Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.
Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.
