Provide comprehensive and accurate information about IGI's courses, curriculum, eligibility criteria, and career prospects
Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process. Develop business by identifying and converting new leads. Meet targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with instructors for class timings, material readiness, and student attendance
Act as a liaison between students and the education team, addressing student queries and concerns proactively
Share important updates, announcements, and study-related information with students
Required Skills
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the gemological education landscape to better advise students and inform strategic planning
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
