CADDESK Institute, Dilsukhnagar is looking for a dedicated and dynamic

Education Counsellor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding educational courses, career options, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses and career pathways. Handle walk-ins, calls, and inquiries efficiently. Guide students through the admission process and documentation. Achieve counselling targets and contribute to student enrollments. Build and maintain a strong relationship with students and parents. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and presentation abilities. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline.

Experience:

1 to 5 Years in counselling, academic guidance, or a similar role.

Salary:

?25,000 (Negotiable, based on experience).
