Provide counseling to students regarding various educational courses and career opportunities. Make outbound and receive inbound calls to follow up with student inquiries. Explain course details, admission procedures, and resolve student queries. Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and guidance. Maintain daily records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Support walk-in candidates and guide them with appropriate course options. Achieve monthly targets related to student admissions and lead closures.
