Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents on overseas education options. Assist students in shortlisting universities and programs based on their academic background, career goals, and financial constraints. Guide students through the complete admission process including university selection, application submission, SOP/LOR guidance, and visa counselling. Stay updated with the latest developments in international education, visa regulations, and university admission processes. Conduct webinars, seminars, and in-house workshops for student engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and education providers. Track and manage student applications, follow up with universities, and ensure timely processing. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and improve conversion rates.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Master's in Education, Counselling, Management, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in student counselling for overseas education. Strong knowledge of admission and visa processes for major study-abroad destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for student management. Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in career counselling or student advising is an advantage. Previous experience working with international universities or education fairs. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
