Job Summary:

Onclick Digital Marketing Academy is seeking a dynamic and empathetic

female Education Counsellor

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

Telugu and English

, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping students choose the right digital marketing courses to shape their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads. Counsel students and provide accurate information on courses, fees, and career opportunities. Convert leads into admissions through regular follow-ups and clear communication. Maintain student records and follow-up logs using CRM or spreadsheets. Coordinate demo classes, workshops, and training sessions. Assist in achieving monthly admission targets. Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with students and parents.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in

Telugu & English

. Excellent listening and counselling ability. Confidence in handling student queries and explaining course benefits. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). Goal-oriented with a positive and helpful attitude.
