Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle student-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales/admission targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure conversions.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Provide convincing and clear communication to influence student decisions positively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or education sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
