Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Educational Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, programs, and career paths, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their goals. Converting leads into admissions. The Counsellor will also assist in the admissions process and contribute to overall student satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students regarding educational and career opportunities.

Advise students on suitable courses, programs, and certifications based on their interests and background.

Assist prospective students with the admissions process including application submission and document verification.

Follow up with students and maintain detailed counselling records.

Help students understand program structures, prerequisites, and placement opportunities.

Coordinate with placement and academic teams to support student success.

Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Qualifications & Experience

Any Graduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, career counselling, or similar roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with educational programs, admissions processes, and career development. Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets.
