Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Education Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, parents, and academic staff to identify educational goals, recommend appropriate courses , and support overall student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on suitable computer and IT courses based on their background, career goals, and skill level. Provide detailed information about course content, duration, certifications, fees, and career outcomes. Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups through phone, email, and in-person meetings. Assist in student enrollment, documentation, and orientation processes. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and align course suggestions with current market demand. Coordinate with the marketing team to organize webinars, seminars, and career guidance events. Track student progress, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support or guidance when needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions using CRM or management systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree . 1-2 years of experience in counseling or admissions, preferably in an education setting. Strong knowledge of computer courses such as Ms Excel, Ms Word, Web Development, Data Science, Python, Java, Networking, etc. Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and clearly explain technical topics in simple terms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in EdTech or computer training institutes. Familiarity with CRM tools or student management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
