Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, messages, and digital platforms, follow up regularly, and convert enquiries into successful enrollments while achieving assigned targets.
Explain course details, learning outcomes, fees, certifications, and career benefits clearly to help students make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, and enrollments in CRM systems, and share regular performance and activity reports with the team.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding, ensure a positive customer experience, and stay updated with EdTech trends and competitor offerings.
