Its work from office (Monday to Saturday) Timings - 10 am to 7pm Location-Dange Chowk, Wakad Experience- fresher or 1yr would be preferred This opening is only for Females Job description: Urgent Opening for Education Counsellor 0.6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory - Should be comfortable to work from the office - Experience in Education / Training preferred - Educational counselor experience preferred - Handle calls on leads generated - Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. - Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients. - Overall problem-solving for customers and coordination as necessary. - Handle any operations-related activities that may be required. - Tabulate and record responses from all channels on Excel. - Generate relevant reports from the same.
