Education Counsellor
who can connect with students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right learning path -- while driving admissions and leads through impactful counselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
Have experience in lead generation targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
Maintain student databases and follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions.
Conduct counselling sessions (in person, via phone, or video calls).
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated about all course offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as an Education Counsellor or in student counselling/admissions.
Proven track record in
lead generation and conversion through counselling.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
