Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused

Education Counsellor

with at least

2 years of experience

in guiding students through academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping students choose the right educational programs based on their goals, interests, and background.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counselling to students on available courses, career paths, and academic opportunities. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or institutions (domestic or international, if applicable). Guide students through the entire admission process -- from enquiry to enrollment. Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems. Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Conduct seminars/webinars, attend education fairs, and participate in promotional events when needed. Stay updated on course offerings, admission criteria, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education or related field). Minimum 2 years of experience as an education counsellor, academic advisor, or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering student satisfaction. Familiarity with study abroad processes, universities, or educational systems (optional but preferred). Proficiency in MS Office .
