Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right international education opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong student-handling abilities, and a passion for helping learners achieve their global education goals.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on overseas education options (countries, courses, universities).

Handle enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups (RNR).

Assist with application processes, documentation, and admission coordination.

Maintain accurate student records and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Documentation and Digital Marketing.

Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all student interactions.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Basic understanding of international education systems (training provided).

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Experience

6 months to 2 years in counselling, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
