Position: Education Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, colleges, and universities in India and abroad.
Provide guidance on admission processes, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
Maintain updated knowledge of educational institutions, courses, exams, and career trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Assist students in filling out application forms, documentation, and admission formalities.
Follow up with students through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure successful enrolments.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions when required.
Achieve enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English proficiency).
Good convincing and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of the education sector (UG/PG courses, competitive exams, admissions).
Ability to guide and mentor students with patience and empathy.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
Qualification & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
0-3 years of relevant experience in counselling, admissions, or sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
